Program Description

GroundFlow Reminders sends brief, personalized prompts by text based on your settings.

Opt-In

You can subscribe by creating an account and logging in, finding the "reminder settings" section, enter your mobile number, and click the "enable reminders" box and save the settings.

By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring SMS from GroundFlow. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg freq varies. GroundFlow does not charge for delivery.

Opt-Out & Help

To stop messages, reply STOP to any text. You may also turn off reminders in your account.

For help, reply HELP or contact support@groundflow.ai.

Frequency & Fees

Default schedule is daily at 8:00am; you can change it anytime. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg freq varies.

We use your number only to send reminders you’ve requested and to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
